Victoria Espinel to replace Robert Holleyman, who spent more than two decades building the association Espinel The $68M-revenue BSA | The Software Alliance has named former White House intellectual property czar Victoria Espinel as president and CEO, effective Sept. 3. She replaces Robert Holleyman, who stepped down in April after leading the group for 23 years. Espinel is a newcomer to associations but a longtime player in intellectual property and trade issues.
